I took the Sidestash skis out for a few hours and was very impressed. From the first few turns I found them very manoeuvrable skis that responded to my every movement.

The pair that I was testing had a faulty binding that wouldn't crank back past a certain point so to force them to fit my boot size we moved the toe of the binding forward, putting me in a very forward ski position. As the snow conditions meant we had to stay on piste for the test, this position worked well, but if I was to take them into the powder (which I would love to do) I would definitely set the bindings further back.

The only two things I could fault these skis on is that (personally) I would prefer more of a rocker on the tail, and That they were a bit flappy at speed on the piste - but that is not really what they were designed for so we'll let that go!

Overall these were a pleasure to ride and I'd definitely recommend them if they perform half as good off-piste in the powder as they did on the piste for me!
